The #SocialBlackOut is to raise awareness about the xenophobia attacks that are currently happening in South Africa... The attacks are embarrassing and disgusting, they should be put to an end. We can't all join the peace march, but we can do something that symbolizes our feeling towards it. That is why we put up all black DP's to show that we do not support the xenophobic attacks, we mourn for those who have been affected. Black on black violence is not the way, especially to innocent people. It's a crime. To take it a step further we should educate our community to respect one another regardless of race or religion. Thank you to all those who are supporting. Together we can make a difference.
